As a military brat from a Navy/Coast Guard family, the military has always had a prominent place on my heart and life. I've travelled throughout the US, and called many places "home", but that word generally means comfort and joy. However this can be a struggle when it comes to moving every 3 years like I used to. Especially when the place you have to call "home" isn't quite what you'd imagined. After touring the states, I have always gravitated back to the southeast. There is so much comfort here. The peace of the slower pace of life, the green trees, small towns or even big towns with "small town" feels, community, beaches and opportunities galore. After many years traveling the country I found my little slice of happy here in the Lowcountry. Now married to a Sailor in the US Navy that travelling life beckons once again. We have gone up and down the East Coast thus far and we still both find comfort in the Lowcountry. Whether you are military and only here for the time being, or coming here for the first time due to want, will or need, I know I can use my expertise in the market to find you your little slice of happy too!
